How do we plan to reach the poor?

Pitch-in-and-helpout organization want to maximise the number of poor South Africans we are reaching instead of focusing on one or few communities of a particular area. So we have come up with a much better way to reach as many South Africans as possible in all 9 provinces.
The extremely poor South Africans do not even have social media platforms so it is almost impossible to use social media to reach the group we're targeting . However, one common platform that every household even the poor has is , a radio. We will be working with local radio stations of all races to get the message to our target, poor South Africans.
Local radio stations will be advertising the organization, calling out all underprivileged , parents with kids but cannot afford basics like sanitary pads, school uniforms to send Sms's / a quick application to our email or private messages on social media (with the help of their neighbours). The quick application is necessary for the selection criteria as we want to donate to the needy and avoid chancers.
We understand that there are kids who live with old-aged people/uneducated who know nothing about social media, hence the radio stations will urge all those who don't have phones or knowledge of social media to reach out to their neighbours for help in sending sms's/application.
Radio stations will not only call out the beneficiaries but also will be calling out possible donators who have not yet found about our organization.
With the help of the donations, in future we plan to advertise the NPO on local television channels to reach as many poor people as possible.
Among many other ways we'll use to reach our target group, the organisation plans to reach out to South African public figures e.g Celebrities, kindly ask them to use their voices and tell the people of South Africa to pass on the message to the disadvantaged , urging them to apply for help in our NPO.
It is impossible to locate all poor South Africans in all province using a door to door method, hence we opt for getting the message out primarily using radio stations and those who are eligible for donations should do a quick application/sms.This does not mean we will not donate physically to the nearest communities. We are, by all means, trying to avoid rotating donations in one community when there are many people who are in need just as much.

Thank you.
